Are your trainers qualified?

Yes, all our trainers are fully qualified to a Level 3 as standard and are encouraged to advance their knowledge through continual professional development courses.

I’ve never had a trainer before and I’m a complete beginner, do I have to be a certain standard before starting?


No. Our trainers are experienced and during the consultation will be able to assess your level of fitness and choose the appropriate level of exercise for you. Our progressive training system won’t make you feel like you’re being thrown into the deep end, you’ll also be under the supervision of a fitness professional making sure you’re exercising with the correct technique.

I feel nervous about training with someone, I’ve seen people being screamed at in the parks! Is this what it’s going to be like?

Definitely not! It’s okay to feel nervous about your first session. Our trainers are friendly and will make you feel comfortable. We choose our trainers because they are passionate about what they do and expect them to treat you in a professional manner. Your fitness will be challenged and as you improve you’ll be motivated onto the next level.

How much does personal training cost?


Our sessions are from £27 per 30 minute session, these sessions are short but they are intense as you would like. We normally recommend doing two sessions a week minimum.  Our monthly pre-paid plan is best for those who want to be keep on top of their budget. Please enquire for more information.

How do you keep track of my progress?


During the consultation and initial session, we’ll be assessing your movement and posture from the start. We’ll also perform some health checks such as blood pressure and lung function. We can do body composition testing however not everyone likes to be pinched and measured when you’ve just met someone. We do recommend that you take pictures because it’s very likely that you’ll lose the weight and wish you had some bench mark to show your progress.

What kind of exercises will we be doing?

Exercises are tailored individually to your fitness level and with our progressive training system you’ll be working your way up to more advanced exercises. Our trainers will bring various fitness equipment to help with your training, you’ll be using fitness tools like the TRX suspension trainer, Kettlebells, Sandbags, Power ropes, BOSU stability trainer, Glider discs and much more.

Do you provide any fitness plans? Do I have to pay extra for this?

We want you to succeed and accomplish your goals so we provide you with everything you need to get started. We will send you a workout plan tailored to your fitness level and update them as you get stronger.
